Elections for volunteer club officer positions are held at the annual meeting in June.
- The board is elected by the TBSC members.
- Board members must be over the age of 18 and a member of TBSC.
- Board members are elected to a two year term.
- Board meetings are held monthly (See our calendar for our next meeting date/time).
- Meeting dates and times are determined by the board of directors.
- Board members participate in social events, test sessions, and club activities.
- Each board member is asked to participate as a chairman for one or more committees (volunteers are also encouraged to help).
- Officers are elected by the board of directors for the positions of President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
- The board member's terms begins on July 1 and continues until June 30 of the last year of their term.
